PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively retain borrow on a slope, the borrow covering a sealing sheet which is laid for achieve surface lining on the slope of a waste final disposal area or the like. SOLUTION: In the waste final disposal area or the like, when the surface lining 2 is carried out for covering waste which is buried and banked in an internal space, geogrid is laid to form a geogrid layer 12 on the slope 1 of the surface lining 2 covered with the sealing sheet 10. Further, horizontal bearing beams 20 arranged in a slope height direction at predetermined intervals are secured to a front surface of the geogrid layer 12, and the slope 1 enclosed by the geogrid layer 12 and the horizontal bearing beams 20 is covered with the borrow 8. Thus, sliding of the borrow 8 along the slope 1 can be suppressed by the geogrid layer 12 and the horizontal bearing beams 20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
