摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a rare earth sintered magnet by which a high magnetic property can be kept while improving the strength of a molding regardless of a lubricant to increase a working yield. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a rare earth sintered magnet is provided with: a molding stage S2 where a magnetic field is applied to the pulverized powder of raw material alloy powder, and also, press molding is performed thereto, so as to obtain a molding; a heat treatment stage S3 where the molding is subjected to heat treatment for improving its strength in a nonoxidizing atmosphere; a working stage S4 where the heat-treated molding is subjected to machining; and a sintering stage S5 where the machined molding is sintered.
