<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sleeping of high quality and comfortable wakening to a user. <P>SOLUTION: A collecting means 11 collects first activity information on the user when the user is not in bed. Acquiring means 19 and 20 acquire sleeping patterns of the user while the user is in bed including information regarding the quality of sleeping. A discriminating means 12 calculates conditions corresponding to the first activity information which affects sleeping from the sleeping pattern and the first activity information, and discriminates whether or not the first activity information affects sleeping from the conditions. A storage means 18 stores the discrimination result and the sleeping pattern while correlating them. A second collecting means 11 collects second activity information which is activity information before going to bed on a day on which a going-to-bed time and a getting-up time are recommended to the user. An acquiring means 13 acquires a sleeping pattern judged by the user to represent a favorable sleeping quality from among sleeping patterns corresponding to the second activity information, from the storage means.
