<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Rankine system capable of effectively using heat of working fluid for each of power generation and heating of predetermined fluid. <P>SOLUTION: By making working fluid flowing out of a first power generator 11 flow on a first bypass flow passage 15 by a first three-way valve 15a, warm water A in a water heater 6 is arbitrarily heated by the working fluid flowing on the first bypass flow passage 15. Due to this structure, the working fluid can flow into the water heater 6 without making the working fluid flow into a condenser 3 at the time of power generation and hot water supply. By making working fluid flowing out of an evaporator 1 flow into a second bypass flow passage 16 by a second three-way valve 16a, warm water A in the water heater 6 is arbitrarily heated by the working fluid flowing through the second bypass flow passage 16.
