PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in which a conventional controller requires screws to fix a heat generating component and a heat sink, also requires fitting legs to fix the heat sink and a printed wiring board, and is then large in number of components and complicated in assembling process. SOLUTION: The printed board 1 is inserted into a groove 3a formed in the end of the heat sink 3 to fix the heat sink 3 to the printed board 1. Elasticity is given in the fixation of the heat sink 3 to the printed board 1 by forming a slit 4 in the printed board 1 nearby where the heat sink 3 is fixed. The heat generating component 2 is fitted to the printed board 1 by bending lead feet of the heat generating component 2, so as to bring the body of the heat generating component 2 into tight contact with the printed board 1. Further, the head generating component 2 is fitted between the heat sink 3 fixed to the printed board 1 with the elasticity and the printed board 1, so as to fix the heat generating component 2 between the heat sink 3 and the printed board 1, thereby decreasing the number of components and also simplifying assembling processes.
