PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case for electronic unit capable of improving waterproofness. SOLUTION: The case 11 is used for an electronic unit 10 in which a metallic terminal 15 is formed in one body by insert molding of a resin at a prescribed position of the upper side case main body 12. A waterproof packing 16 which is formed integrally with the terminal 15 by primary molding is provided at the side wall 12b being an embedded portion of the upper case main body 12 of the terminal 15. Then, in the case 11 of the electronic unit 10, a connector part 14 is formed in one body at the prescribed position of the case main body 12, and the terminal 15 and the waterproof packing 16 are integrally formed by insert molding of the resin in the partition wall 12b of the connector part 14 and the case main body 12.
