PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building material mounting device for easily and firmly fixing building materials with machine screws and nails while driving them with a degree of freedom in position to some extent, when installing interior materials and the building materials such as fixtures on a concrete wall face mainly RC-constructed without requiring embedding work for anchor bolts or the like after removing a concrete formwork. SOLUTION: The exposed face of the plastic, resin or aluminum building material mounting device in a solid structure which has a reverse face embedded in a concrete with its area larger than that of the surface appearing on the concrete wall face mainly RC-constructed after removing the concrete formwork is previously fixed to the inner face of the formwork with a two-sided tape before placing the concrete. Thus, after removing the concrete formwork, the surface of the building material mounting device, free of rotation or come-off, is exposed to the concrete wall face. Machine screws or nails are driven directly into the exposed portion of the building material mounting device to fix the interior materials or the building materials such as fixtures.
