PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a hulling separator of a rice hulling roll type or an impeller blade type while using parts items in common. SOLUTION: Two types of rice hulling sections, a rice hulling roll type rice hulling section 1a and an impeller blade type rice hulling section 1b, are constituted. Different types of hulling separators are constituted by choosing either one rice hulling section and combining it with an common unhulled rice wind sorting section 2 and a common mixed rice sorting section 3. A wind sorting section communication port 41 for receiving unhulled rice is constituted at an unhulled rice sorting wind channel 12 of the unhulled rice wind sorting section 2. When the rice hulling roll type rice hulling section 1a is chosen, unhulled rice at rice hulling rolls 8, 8 is fed to the unhulled rice sorting wind channel 12 of the unhulled rice wind sorting section 2 by a unhulled rice transporting shelf 11 via the wind sorting section communication port 41. When the impeller blade type rice hulling section 1b is chosen, unhulled rice at an impeller blade 36b is fed to the unhulled rice sorting wind channel 12 of the unhulled rice wind sorting section 2 by a unhulled rice falling plate 38 via the wind sorting section communication port 41.
