The device has three light sources by basic colors i.e. red, blue and green, repsectively. Freely swinging oscillators (2 - 4) steers an intensity of one of the three light sources. The oscillators swing with three frequencies (f1 - f3) that deviate from each other, where none of the frequency comes out as integral multiple of the other two frequencies. The frequencies are deviated using different resistances (5 - 7).
