<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient and commercial manufacturing process of an oil with a high content of diglycerides. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing process of the oil with a high content of diglycerides comprises adding an aqueous solution containing 50-90 mass% of an organic acid to an oil containing ≥30 mass% of diglycerides in the amount of 0.05-5 mass% of the oil, mixing the mixture continuously for 0.1-10 minutes in a line mixer, washing it with water and deoderizing it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
