PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To download service setting information by securing security even in an information terminal with low throughput. SOLUTION: A terminal 1i downloads service setting information d2 from a service providing apparatus 2. Then, the terminal 1i which holds enterprise information d1 requests a trust list to a trust list distributing apparatus 3. When it receives a trust list d4, the terminal verifies whether or not the trust list d4 includes a service site; when the list is included, the terminal stores the downloaded service setting information d2 in a storage part 14.
