PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide software radio equipment capable of synchronizing communication between boards, capable of multiplexing data, and capable of reducing a waiting time of a bus to speed up the communication. SOLUTION: Synchronization multiplex drivers 31-33 for a kernel area are provided between middle wares and TCP sockets or bus drivers of the plurality of boards 12-14, and the synchronization multiplex driver 32 is operated as a manager. The manager generates a synchronization signal in every prescribed time to communication-operate the synchronization multiplex drivers 31-33 in a prescribed order. When transmitting data from a modulation-demodulation board 12, a user application 121 transmits the data and identification information to the synchronization multiplex driver 31 via the middle ware 122. The synchronization multiplex driver 31 identifies a communication mate from the identification information, accumulates the data in a buffer during the waiting time, and transfers the multiplex data to the TCP socket 123 or the bus driver 124 by the synchronization signal to be transmitted to the mating board via the bus 17.
