The invention relates to a sectional door leaf for garage and industrial doors, and a hinge joint for joining the sections (46, 47). The aim of the invention is to enable the sections (46, 47) of a door leaf in a closing position to lie in the same plane, when at least one of the joints between the tabs (53, 54) of the hinges (48) and the sections (46, 47) in question is loosened or released, and thus to then also exclude damage to the regions of the narrow sides (51, 52) of the sections (46, 47), when the tabs (53, 54) of the hinges (48) have been released from the defined fixing position thereof. To this end, the narrow sides (51, 52) comprise a step-type projection (61) or a complementary groove-type recess (62). The tabs (53, 54) of the hinges (48) also comprise knob-type raised elements (57, 58) that engage in groove-type channels (59, 60) provided in the rear wall (55 or 56) of the sections (46, 47). |
