<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte solution secondary battery capable of restraining performance deterioration at preservation of the battery. <P>SOLUTION: The lithium ion secondary battery has an electrode plate group with cathode and anode plates wound through a separator. The electrode plate group is infiltrated in nonaqueous electrolyte solution dissolving LiPF<SB>6</SB>in a solvent of carbonate. The anode plate is coated with an anode mixing agent with a pressed rolling copper foil containing graphite. The cathode plate is coated with a cathode mixing agent with an aluminum foil containing manganic acid lithium and graphite powders. The manganic acid lithium is mixed with one oxide species of elements of Al, Si, Ti, V, Cr, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, Zr, Mo, W, and Pb, different from those structuring the manganic acid lithium. A content of the oxide is set so that the number of moles of the different species elements per 1g of a cathode active material is 5/1000 or less to to the number of moles of lithium.
