PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone terminal which can improve convenience by making the functions of a telephone book into usable, even if it is a radio communication-prohibited location, wherein the trouble of inconvenience that a whole cellular phone terminal must be turned off and the telephone book cannot be used at a place where radio communication, such as a hospital, is prohibited at a conventional cellular phone terminal. SOLUTION: In a cellular phone terminal, a controller 10 deactivates the communication function and makes transmission and reception performances of connection information for transmission stopped, when a transmission deactivate request is inputted from a deactivation recognizing portion 13, and displays information indicating for transmission deactivation on a display part 7, and enables the functions of the phone book.
