摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power circuit for preventing a display quality from being degraded in a MLS (Multi Line Selection) driving method, and to provide a driving device, an electro-optical device, an electronic equipment and a method for supplying a driving voltage. SOLUTION: The power circuit 60 generates first to seventh high driving voltages to drive by the MLS driving method which simultaneously select four-line common electrodes. The power circuit 60 includes: a common electrode driving voltage generating circuit to generate the first and seventh driving voltages in a positive side and a negative side for selecting common electrodes referring to the fourth driving voltage; and a segment electrode driving voltage generating circuit to generate the fourth driving voltage, the second and third driving voltages in the positive side for driving segment electrodes referring to the fourth driving voltage, and the fifth and sixth voltages in the negative side for driving segment electrodes referring to the fourth driving voltage. While the voltage difference between the third and fourth driving voltages is controlled to be equal to the voltage difference between the fourth and fifth driving voltages, the power supply circuit varies and outputs the output potentials of only the third and fifth driving voltages in the second to sixth driving voltages.
