PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic stop regulating means for causing no automatic stop of a seedling-carrying platform and a planting part unexpected by an operator during planting operation in a transplanter equipped with a planting automatic stop means. SOLUTION: The automatic stop regulating means for regulating operation of the planting automatic stop means is installed. The automatic stop regulating means regulates the operation of the planting automatic stop means by detecting the instruction to start the operation of the planting automatic stop means with an operating part for operating the start of the operation of the planting automatic stop means for automatically disengaging and operating a planting clutch 33 for transmitting drive force to a planting part 21 and to a reciprocating mechanism of the seedling-carrying platform 17 so that the drive force is freely engaged and disengaged or the start of the operation of the automatic stop means at the right and left movement terminal ends of the seedling-carrying platform 17 is detected during the continuation of planting operation.
