<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system control device and a fuel cell system control method carrying out water purge at high pressure while observing differential pressure limit of a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The device 20, for controlling the fuel cell system equipped with the fuel cell 1 carrying out power generation by an electrochemical reaction of fuel gas and an oxidant gas, pure water pipings 50, 51 in which pure water for humidifying or cooling the fuel cell 1 is distributed, and pure water piping in which pure water humidifying or cooling the fuel cell 1 distributes itself, is provided with a reaction/dilution part 31 for making fuel gas remaining in a hydrogen piping in which the fuel gas is distributed react or diluted, and a pure water purging part 32 for sending the pure water remaining in the pure water pipings 50, 51 back to a pure water tank 2 after making the fuel gas remaining in the hydrogen piping 53 react or diluted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
