<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate requested business management in a system for managing requests to correctors in communication correction. <P>SOLUTION: A question is transmitted from a management server 201 to a portable communication terminal C1 having the highest priority order in a list. When a negative answer is received from the communication terminal C1 within a predetermined time, or when neither a positive answer nor the negative answer is received from the terminal C1 within the predetermined time, the same question is transmitted from the management server 201 to a portable communication terminal C2 having the highest priority order next in the list. This transmission of the question is repeated until a correction business request is established.
