PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor receiving mails from a mail server on a network in which a user utilizing the information processor can receive a mail suitable for the user simply from the mail server. SOLUTION: A pair of identification information for specifying the user utilizing the information processor and an account address of e-mail is stored in a preservation part 1.5 for each of a plurality of users. When a PCMCIA card is set to the information processor, a control part 1.1 reads out identification information stored therein. In the case that this read identification information coincides with some identification information relating to one of a plurality of user information stored in the preservation part 1.5, a mail is received from the mail server by using an account address corresponding to the identification information coinciding the read identification information and is stored in the PCMCIA card.
