PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform easier display to understand when a three-dimensional shape configured of a plurality of three-dimensional shape elements is decomposed and displayed. SOLUTION: This three-dimensional shape processing method for processing a three-dimensional shape model configured of a plurality of three-dimensional shape elements comprises a step (S2) for decomposing the three-dimensional shape model into three-dimensional shape elements configuring the three-dimensional shape model, and for displaying the three-dimensional shape elements with decomposition lines, a step (S4) for selecting any terminal point from terminal points of the decomposition lines as replacement origins of the decomposition lines, a step (S5) for selecting axes which are in parallel with segments at both ends of the decomposition lines as replacement destinations of the decomposition lines and a step (S6) for selecting intersections of boundary boxes of the three-dimensional elements including the axes with the axes as new terminal points of the decomposition lines.
