PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an electromagnetic driving valve as a pressure-reducing valve for die casting. SOLUTION: A valve stem 30 provided with a valve body 28 is slidingly supported with a valve guide 58, and to the tip part of the valve guide, a rubber-made stem seal 60 is fitted. The stem seal is held to narrow a gap with the valve stem to prevent the inserting of powdery drips of a molten metal which come flying from a cavity part, into the gap between the valve guide and the valve stem. Therefore, the damage to the opening/closing valve movement due to the electromagnetic driving can be avoided, and further, at the front part of the stem seal, a flange-like blocking body 62 is arranged in the valve stem, and in this way, such trouble as to deteriorate the rubber by sticking the high temperature powdery drips to the stem seal can be prevented.
