PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advanced-controlled arm bushing for the suspension system of an automobile having a prescribed torque response. SOLUTION: A steel inner tube and a thermoplastic outer tube are disposed in an injection molding device, and an intermediate tube formed of a thermoplastic is molded between the inner tube and the outer tube. The intermediate tube is shrink-fitted to the inner tube and fixed and shrunk from the outer tube, and a journal bearing torque is selected therebetween. The projection and fitting recessed part of the inner tube and the intermediate tube can fix the intermediate tube to the inner tube without using an adhesive agent and the other adhesive agent. One or more of thrust rings and the recessed parts are formed on the abutting face of the outer tube on the intermediate tube to eliminate a variation in the relative position thereof produced according to a thrust load in the axial direction.
