摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call center system for grasping the operating condition of a client terminal used by a receptionist (agent) through the list display or layout display. SOLUTION: The call center system comprises the public network, the IP network, a private branching exchange PBX 10 including the private link, a plurality of extension telephone sets 11, a management apparatus 12 connected to the PBX 10, a database server 13 storing the conditions of the extension telephone sets and client terminal, an MIS terminal 14, a plurality of client terminals 15, and a CRM database server 16. In this call center system, the client terminal 15 includes a telephone control software 15-2 and a running condition monitoring software 15-3. Only the management apparatus 12 acquires the extension conditions from the database server 13 and notifis the client terminal of the extension condition with the broadcase or unicast.
