PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coal gasification-combined electric power plant having a high efficiency, equipped with a dust-removing device having a high operational reliability, capable of surely exhibiting a desired dust-removing performance and also capable of coping with dust leak. SOLUTION: This coal gasification-combined electric power plant equipped with a coal gasification furnace 1 obtaining coal gas by gasifying the coal, a gas turbine electric generator 6 driven by a gas turbine 6b operated by using the coal gas as fuel and a steam turbine electric power generator 8 driven by a steam turbine 8a operated by using steam obtained by recovering heat at an exhaust heat recovery boiler 7 from combustion exhaust gas exhausted from the gas turbine 6b is constituted by arranging/installing an exhaust smoke-desulfurizing device 9 desulfurizing the coal gas at the downstream side of the gas turbine 6b and exhaust heat recovery boiler 7, and also a dust-removal device 20 equipped with a cyclone 21, front stage filter 22 and rear stage filter 23 for performing the recovery of char and dust removal from the coal gas.
