PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting fitting for a concrete panel capable of firmly connecting adjacent concrete panels to each other and easily constructing a wall surface formed of right and left side upper and lower concrete panels firmly integrated with each other. SOLUTION: In a connection plate 9, reinforcement parts 12 are formed by bending the upper side portion and a lower side portion of a sheet metal, a stepped space part 13 is formed between the both reinforcement parts, through holes are radially opened at the center thereof, and fixing holes are opened on the outside of the through holes. A welding plate 10 comprises an insertion part 10a inserted into a through hole in the connection plate and an extraction prevention part 10b formed at one end of the insertion part and locked to around the opening of the through hole. The insertion part of the welding plate is inserted into the through hole of the connection plate, and the extraction prevention part is stored in the stepped hollow part. The connection plate is fixed to the boundary of the adjacent concrete panels in the state of the insertion part projected to the rear of the wall surface, and the end parts of support reinforcements are fixedly welded to the insert part projected from the connection plate.
