PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of smoothing sill concrete having a glass fiber product embedded therein, which is carried out in a short time in an easy manner, and forms sill concrete that is proof against cracking over a long time after finishing. SOLUTION: The sill concrete smoothing tool 10 is for use in embedding the grass fiber embedded material in an uncured concrete, and has a rotating shaft 3 which is arranged in parallel with a concrete surface, a rotary pressing section 1 for rotating about the rotating shaft 3 to press the glass fiber embedded material and embedding the same into the concrete surface, and an operating section 2 for supporting the rotating shaft 3 and applying a propelling force for moving the rotary pressing section 1 in parallel with the concrete surface. According to the method of smoothing the sill concrete, in a step of embedding the glass fiber embedded material in the placed concrete in an uncured state, the embedding work of the glass fiber embedded material is carried out by using the sill concrete smoothing tool 10.
