PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion clip which can change its supporting height by utilizing holes having different diameters and can improve the workability in adjusting the supporting height. SOLUTION: The cushion clip 1 has an inserting portion 10 which can be inserted into a first mounting hole 5 having a predetermined shape and a second mounting hole 7 having a shape smaller than that of the first mounting hole 5. The inserting portion 10 is provided with first mounting position restricting means 14a, 16 which are fitted into the first mounting hole 5 and determine the inserting direction, and also is provided with second mounting position restricting means 14b, 19 which are fitted into the second mounting hole 7 and determine the inserting direction. The second mounting position restricting means 14b, 19 provided on the inserting portion 10 are provided at the front position in the inserting direction than the first mounting position restricting means 14a, 16 by a predetermined distance. A cushioning portion 20 for elastically supporting an opening and closing lid, such as an engine hood, by being brought into contact with the opening and closing lid is provided on the opposite side of the inserting portion 10 in the inserting direction.
