PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser module which can obtain high reliability by inhibiting sticking of a contaminant, and can be formed at a low cost. SOLUTION: The laser module includes: one or more semiconductor laser elements LD1, LD2; collimator lenses 11 and 12 which collimate laser beams B1 and B2 emitted from the semiconductor laser elements LD1 and LD2 in divergent light condition; a condensing lens 15 which condenses the laser beams B1 and B2 which have passed through the collimator lenses 11 and 12, and makes the beams converge; and an optical fiber 20 which is held in such a manner that a light-entrance end surface 20a is located at the convergence position of the laser beams B1 and B2 by the condensing lens 15. In this case, the semiconductor laser elements LD1, LD2 and the collimator lenses 11, 12 are arranged in one light source package 50 which is hermetically sealed without containing the condensing lens 15 and the light-entrance end surface 20a of the optical fiber 20.
