Bleed channels open to a compressor stream (10) through a connection flange (6) which couples the axial compressor disk (2) to an adjacent disk. The bleed channels are axially open over their entire radial extent. The connection flange includes alternating notches which partially define the bleed channels, and solid portions for connecting the disk to an adjacent disk. An Independent claim is also included for a turbomachine compressor.
