PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a manual sprinkling device for a medicine packaging apparatus to provide a structure that allows a partition container to be guided into the body of the medicine packaging apparatus without relying on a drawer frame. SOLUTION: A manual dispensing part 3 is provided immediately under a medicine shelf on the front side of the medicine packaging apparatus body. The manual sprinkling part 3 has an open inlet, the inside of which is formed as a recession into which a manual sprinkling member 23 is inserted. The inner part of the inlet 20 includes a slide rail unit 25, a slide member 26, a divider 27, and a collecting hopper 28. The slide member 26 is fitted with permanent magnets 50 on its front side, and the manual sprinkling member 23 which is opposed to the slide member 26 is fitted with magnet plates 37 on its front end, so that both members 23, 26 are connected by a magnetic force.
