<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent switching off the power by an incorrect operation during in use, by integrally forming the switching function and stopper function. <P>SOLUTION: When a first and a second cases 1, 2 are closed, two stopper protrusions 12 on the first case 1 respectively abut against two stopper contact points 13 on the second case 2, so that the positions of the first and the second cases 1, 2 are restricted; and each stopper contact point 13 outputs an electrical signal. Thus, the switching function and the stopper function can be integrated. Further, when the first and the second cases 1, 2 are closed, each stopper protrusion 12 depresses each stopper contact point 13 substantially simultaneously, and a CPU controls to switch off the power, based on each electric signal output from each stopper contact point 13. Accordingly, by a simple operation of only closing the first and the second cases 1, 2, power can be switched off.
