<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment which can perform processing based on a command instantaneously when a body side power source is turned on by allowing a USB connection block to receive the command transmitted from host side equipment through a cable even when the body side power source is turned off. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic equipment body is provided with a main circuit block configured of various circuits installed for enabling the function of the electronic equipment, a main control part for controlling their operations and a main power source and a USB circuit block connected through a USB connection cable to host equipment.
