PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a coupling characteristic of an optical element inside an optical module by means of an assembling device as simple as possible. SOLUTION: In the optical module, a plurality of optical elements mounted on a carrier are optically coupled and incorporated into one package. The module is provided with lenses 3a, 3b that optically couple each optical element fixed on the optical axis and a lens holder 9 that is fixedly welded to the carrier 6 while holding the lenses 3a, 3b. The lens holder 9 is connected with a bar 10 drawn in the optical axis direction, for the purpose of finely adjusting the angle of the optical axis of the lenses 3a, 3b relative to the optical axis on a plane formed by the optical axis (X axis) and an axis (Z axis) that is orthogonal to the optical axis and vertical to the carrier.
