PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing scratch of a cold-rolled steel sheet by which a steel strip coil can be prevented from being scratched in the width direction and in the longitudinal direction thereof, and to provide an apparatus for the cold-rolled steel sheet. SOLUTION: The steel strip coil after annealing in a batch type annealing furnace is set from the up-coil state to the down-coil state before the temperature of the outer circumference of the steel strip coil becomes <80°C. In addition, after completing the cooling in the batch type annealing furnace, the steel strip coil is preferably set from the up-coil state to the down-coil state after an inner cover is detached and before the steel strip coil is carried to a dehumidification yard.
