<p>The retractor has a set of blades (2-5) being arranged for forming an operative channel (6) opened to proximal and distal ends of blades. The blades are spaced from each other through respective pivot connections (20, 30, 50) at their distal ends, such that a conical shaped widened operative channel is formed. Retaining units (200, 300, 400) receive extensions of respective pivot connections. A protection membrane surrounds the blades.</p> |
