PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation dose monitoring system which improves precision of locations, while considering that many workers exist, and moving workers are unlocated, in order to inform workers who work in a management area, with exact information about exposed conditions. SOLUTION: The radiation dose monitoring system 1000 comprises an RFID memory 100; a dosimeter 200; a communication device 300; a network 400; a monitoring device 500; and a display device 600. The communication device 300 reads out ID data, radiation dose data and worker data from the dosimeter 200 and sends them to the monitoring device 500. The monitoring device 500 generates information data about workers, positions and exposed conditions from the above data and distributes them to the display device 600, thereby informing respective workers in the management area with the exposed conditions.
