PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the fall of a cup placed on an article placing part or contamination on a seat face caused by contact with a floor surface by reliably keeping the article placing part horizontal when an upper face cushion is turned reversely, and to stop the generation of creases on the cushion surface. SOLUTION: A center seat is composed of a base 1 and the upper face cushion 3 covering the upper face of the base 1. The upper face cushion 3 is configured to be reversely turnable to the vehicle front side through a hinge member 4. A table tray 31 is formed on the back side of the upper face cushion 3. In the base 1 provided with the hinge member 4 and the vehicle front side face of the upper face cushion part 3, a stopper mechanism 5 composed of a pair of contact supporting bodies 51, 52 is provided, in which the contact supporting bodies 51, 52 are contacted with each other when the upper face cushion 3 is turned reversely to the vehicle front side to stop the back side of the upper face cushion 3 at an almost horizontal position, and support and fix it in a cantilever state leaving a space between a floor face F and itself.
