PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a good performance by a simple structure, by composing the front surface packing on the outer periphery of a structure member, with a layer of a binder formed by making a polymer as the base material. SOLUTION: This packing integrated system consists of a metal ring form structure member 10 installed to a circular space between the cases of an automatic transmission; packings 11 and 12 integrated to the structure member 10, positioning to the inner peripheral surface of the structure member 10, and to carry out a radial direction packing to the main shaft 1 and the axle 2 of a wheel shaft; and a front surface packing 13 set on the outer peripheral surface of the structure member 10, and to carry out a surface packing to the case. The packings 11 and 12 are integrated to the structure member 10 by a vulcanizing, the front surface packing 13 is rendered to the structure member 10, and the grease is filled between the packings 11 and 12, and the main shaft 1 and the axle 2 of the wheel shaft. In this case, the front surface packing 13 rendered on the outer periphery of the structure member 10 consists of a layer of the binder making a polymer as its main material. |
