A trolley frame (1) has a low overall height and wheels to be slidable under a drum container. At least one of the wheels is guidable. A lifting plate (2) is attached to the upper surface of the trolley frame. An actuator is arranged on the lower surface of the trolley frame for raising and lowering the lifting plate.
