<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymetric solid electrolyte membrane having improved durability at high a temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The polymetric solid electrolyte membrane comprises a polymetric solid electrolyte having an ion exchange group, and a compound having both of a part interacting with the polymetric solid electrolyte having the ion exchange group in the same molecule and a part having a radical capturing function. More specifically, the polymetric solid electrolyte membrane contains a parfluorocarbonsulfone acid polymer; a compound having at least one of primary amine and secondary amine in the same molecule; and a compound that has tertiary amine in the same molecule and has at least one type selected from sulfur, hydrazine, amide, a phenol hydroxyl group, primary amine, secondary amine, hydrogen bonded to tertiary carbon, and halogen bonded to carbon. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
