PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce shrinkage of the internal insulator of a coaxial cable due to temperature variation, or the like.

SOLUTION: A metal fastening band 30 is wound around the sheath 24 of a coaxial cable 2 such that a pressure is exerted onto the internal insulator 22 of the coaxial cable 2.
