<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing accident warning system for applying i warning only under situations which are likely to lead to an incident. <P>SOLUTION: An incident report analysis table (38) including the data of situations(factors), results and frequency is stored in a knowledge database (36), and the situations and factors listed in the analysis table are detected by a sensor unit (20) which monitors the action of a nurse (a step S1), and whether or not frequency is high is determined from the pertinent result in the analysis table by a server (12) in a step S3. When it is determined that frequency is high, warning is issued in a step S5, and when it is determined that frequency is low, steps S7 to S11 are executed, and whether or not an axiom can be proved is determined. That is, whether or not any accident is caused is predicted. When it is predicted that any accident is caused, warning is issued in a step S13, and when it is predicted that there is no possibility of any accident, warning is not issued. When frequency is low, and it is predicated that there is no possibility of any accident, warning is not issued, and only when it is predicted that there is possibility of any accident, warning is issued.
