PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the spread spectrum signal transmitter-receiver in which dispersion in phases after demodulation is avoided and an error rate characteristic is improved. SOLUTION: In the transmitter-receiver, data from a data input section 3 are latched by a data latch section 4, an S/P converter applies S/P conversion to the latched data into I, Q signals, a differential coder 6 encodes the I, Q signals, S/P converters 7, 8 apply the S/P conversion to the encoded signals respectively, multiplexers 9, 10 apply exclusive OR between each spread code and the processed data to conduct spread spectrum processing, force data insert sections 14, 15 enforce respectively the data at one or several tips of the multiplexed data to take a prescribed value for a specific period, and multi-value modulation sections 12, 13 modulate the resulting data respectively. |
