PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate the gasification of fuel during cold operation of an engine while suppressing the production of deposits during normal operation after warm-up. SOLUTION: This cylinder direct injection fuel injection valve 1 is fixed to a fuel injection valve insertion portion 11a of a cylinder head 11 for injecting fuel directly into a combustion chamber 10 communicated with the fuel injection valve insertion portion 11a. A plurality of seal members 2, 3 are provided at a front end 1a thereof for suppressing the leakage of combustion gas from the combustion chamber 10 to the outside via a space to the fuel injection valve insertion portion 11a. The sealing pressure of the seal member 2 out of the seal members 2, 3, provided closer to the combustion chamber 10, is lower than that of the other seal member 3 during cold operation of the engine.
