PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new compound useful as an active ingredient of a medicine for cure or prevention of inflammatory disorders. SOLUTION: The compound is represented by formula (I), wherein Ar indicates phenyl, trimethoxyphenyl, dimethoxyphenyl, fluorophenyl or difluorophenyl; W indicates -AN(OM)C(O)N(R<SP>3</SP>)R<SP>4</SP>; A indicates a lower alkyl, lower alkenyl or lower alkynyl; X and Y indicate O (oxygen); m is 1 when A is a lower alkyl or lower alkenyl and is O when A is a lower alkynyl; M indicates hydrogen or a pharmaceutically allowable cation; R1, R2, R3 and R4 are each independently hydrogen or a lower alkyl.
