PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing costs, downsize an apparatus and make costs low, by simplifying a temporary joining step of temporarily joining a pair of components without the use of an adhesive, reducing temporary adhesive material costs, and dispensing with a temporary adhesive applicator, an exposing device, etc., in the joining of a microcomponent for use in an inkjet recording head. SOLUTION: Temporary joining parts 60, which are formed in a plurality of places on a nozzle plate 11, comprise a negative-pressure forming part 54 which forms a recessed shape between a channel plate 12 and the part 54, an elastic deformation part 51, an annular lip 53 which is brought into close contact with the channel plate 12, and an opening 52. In a step of joining the nozzle plate 11 and the channel plate 12 together, after the positioning of the nozzle plate 11 and the channel plate 12 is performed for temporary fixing, a joining lower stage 56 is moved, so as to pressurize the nozzle plate 11 and the channel plate 12 between a joining upper stage 55 and the lower stage 56. After that, a pressing pin 50 is pressed down; the deformation part 51 is pressed; a capacity in the part 54 is reduced; air in an internal space is discharged into the air from the opening 52; and a suction force is generated.
