摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the stability of ink ejection by detecting a constant ink amount at all times without carrying out setting position adjustment of an ink detecting part even if a displacement amount of a damper film varies. SOLUTION: The inkjet printer is equipped with an ink supply tube which supplies ink to a recording head from an ink tank, a damper which temporarily stores the ink in the halfway of the ink supply tube, a liquid feeding pump which sends the ink, the ink detecting part which detects whether or not an ink amount in the damper is not smaller than a predetermined amount, and a control part which controls the liquid feeding pump on the basis of the detected result of the ink detecting part. The damper is equipped with an ink chamber which stores the ink, the damper film which expands and contracts on the basis of the ink amount in the ink chamber, and a regulating member which is disposed at the outside of the damper film and regulates an expansion amount of the damper film. The ink detecting part is equipped with a moving part which moves on the basis of a displacement of the damper film, and a detecting sensor which detects on the basis of a movement amount of the moving part whether or not the ink amount is not smaller than the predetermined amount.
