PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust output impedance to a desired value in simple configuration regardless of element dispersion, and further to deal with high-speed signal transmission. SOLUTION: There is provided an impedance matching unit 3P or 3N which includes an impedance adjusting section and a dummy circuit section including the same configuration as the impedance adjusting section for determining an adjustment value matched to characteristic impedance of a transmission line and sets the determined adjustment value to the impedance adjusting section to adjust output impedance to be matched to the characteristic impedance, so that the output impedance of an output unit can be properly adjusted and matched to the characteristic impedance of the transmission line. At the same time, there are provided a switch transistor 2P, 2N of which ON/OFF is controlled for the purpose of switching an output to H level or L level and a constant current driving unit 4P, 4N for superimposing a constant current on the output, thereby accelerating the output and also dealing with the high-speed signal transmission.
