PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a motor-driven blind, capable of automatically performing grouping of a plurality of motor-driven blinds in response to its control condition, and capable of outputting a command signal on the basis of the automatically performed grouping. SOLUTION: This control device connects the plurality of motor-driven blinds by a communication wire, and transmits the command signal for commanding opening-closing operation to the respective motor-driven blinds via the communication wire. The plurality of motor-driven blinds are classified in advance into a plurality of group units including up to a small group from a large group such as (1) " the whole floor ", (2) " the whole-floor respective azimuths ", (3) " respective floors ", (4) " respective-floor respective azimuths " and (5) " a group ". The control device has a control unit determining means for determining the unit of the large group of the motor-driven blind capable of collectively transmitting the command signal on the basis of data such as the control condition on the motor-driven blind, and a command signal output means for outputting the command signal with every unit in the group unit determined by the control unit determining means.
